As the Senior Finance Lead, Ajo supports the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for IDEO.org.

Previous to IDEO.org, Ajo was as a Studio Manager for a boutique creative studio—it was here that she realized just how much she enjoys working with numbers and data sets. She also spent over six years in San Francisco’s restaurant industry, learning about customer service, food, and agave based spirits. Ajo has a broad range of experience in everything from project management to operations, event planning, and even hand modeling.

Ajo graduated with a degree in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University and also attended school at San Mateo County Community College District. In her spare time, Ajo likes to read, watch tv, and listen to podcasts about murder and crime.
