Sommai is the Chief of Staff at IDEO.org working closely with leadership and connecting the threads throughout our organization. Seeing things from a 30,000 foot view, she is able to unlock and champion people and teams to succeed at reaching strategic goals.

Prior to IDEO.org, Sommai served as the Communications Manager at Women Moving Millions where she helped design new programs to advance gender equality and fund initiatives benefiting women and girls.

Sommai received her B.A. from Boston University in international relations and religion. In her free time, Sommai enjoys painting and playing tennis. On a sunny day, you can also catch her out on the water fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
